San Andreas Judicial Branch Abolishing the Time-Slot System "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW" |

- Citizens of San Andreas,
Effective immediately, the San Andreas Judicial Branch is discontinuing the use of fixed time slots for bench trials.
Instead of selecting from predetermined time slots, defendants are now required to actively coordinate with the Court or with their legal counsel to establish a mutually agreeable trial time. This approach allows the Court to schedule proceedings in a manner that accommodates judicial availability, attorney schedules, and defendant participation. Bench Trials will now be following the same scheduling format as Formal Trials.
What this means in practice:
- Bench trials will no longer rely on pre-published or self-selected time slots.
- Defendants must communicate with the Court directly or through their attorney regarding availability.
- The Court will confirm and schedule the bench trial once all parties have coordinated.
- Failure to engage in communications with the Court may result in dismissal of the defendants case.
