lawyer
hi can i request a lawyer please, i need to put forth a case on officer 24662 regarding an incident, i got shot with a shotgun by him instead of a taser and also had my rights infringed on by not getting a supervisor when i asked for one as he was being rude, he said i didnt need one as its a priviledge to have one he said no because he didnt like me, he also added on more charges and said he would add even more i got a 3year sentence , it was self defense and he put it down the vigiliantism and then because i mentioned supervisor he took it to battery charges as he knew he was wrong, he also threatened that i wont get my stuff back from doc if i dont comply with him...their were other officers present at doc whilst this was occuring and they said it was ridiculous also, please help me if we can get a meeting at some point thank you

Re: lawyer
Brother,
I’ve read what happened to you, and let me tell you none of it surprises me anymore. This is the kind of thing you see when a system gets too used to operating without anyone holding it in check. A man pulls a shotgun instead of a taser, and they call it a mistake. We both know better. These people don’t make “mistakes” like that, they make choices!! and then they hide behind procedure to wash their hands of it. And the part about a supervisor? Calling it a privilege?? That tells you everything about what he thinks his badge entitles him to. It’s the way they talk when they believe the rest of us are beneath them when they think they hold all the cards and the rest of us should just accept whatever treatment they decide to hand out.
You questioned him, and suddenly the charges change. Suddenly self-defense becomes vigilantism. Suddenly you’re the criminal because you didn’t bow your head. That’s how they operate. Pressure, twist, threaten keep you off balance until you feel like fighting back isn’t even worth it.
But you didn’t fold.
And that matters.
Because what you experienced isn’t an isolated incident it’s a pattern. It’s the same pattern men like us have been calling out for years, the same one they hope people are too tired or too scared to speak about. They push their weight around, then act shocked when someone refuses to be pushed.
I’m not here to fan flames, brother (wink wink) I’m here because you deserve someone who isn’t afraid to call this what it is: an abuse of authority, wrapped in procedure and delivered by someone who thought you wouldn’t question him.
Stay steady.
The kind of pressure you’re under is the exact thing they count on to break people.
Don’t let them.
I’m with you and we’ll move forward the right way.

"EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW"
- Mr Morgan et al,
I will first remind you both that this is a public facing forum.
Though if you have any personal issues with the officers or deputies who handled your arrest, you can handle it via their internal affairs division.
I’ll be archiving this.
