1. Using a dead player's (criminal) drag to initiate a pursuit
2. Multiple attempts to head on ram in the chase, eventually getting head on rammed and fall off of my bike
3. Use of a taser whilst being on a bike

1. Kind of slow to respond to RP after I had been hit off of my bike

6. Can you provide an accurate description of the events that unfolded? (add any footage you may have to back any claims up)
ESM and Empire had a fight about 20/30 mins prior to this around the garbage area. ESM had won and put their bodies into a pile. I went back after 20/30 mins to see if I can get any random loot like GPS' and radios etc. As I get there, I see 2 Greaze members who I spoke to, I then see Oscar Black and drive away. Oscar follows and pulls me over saying that I had a gun. I thought that it might be a visual glitch as both my guns were in my glove + I had already depo'd all the guns that I got from the fight as it had been 20/30 mins since. I was about to say to Oscar in /b that it might be a visual glitch but he had already hit a panic so I had to drive. My frustrations start here, because Oscar said I know you have a gun, but he didn't actually know what essentially forces my hand and had to evade. During this chase, Oscar was using a drag from a dead player to chase me. There was also several times throughout the chase that I was nearly head on rammed and it was the reason in the end that I fell off of my bike. Finally, when I was about to get back on my bike, Oscar was on his bike and used his taser. I've seen people get non RP for this. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P1jXH3DgjNE

7. What would you have done differently from both the perspective of SD and your own?
Don't just accuse me of having a gun when he had no proof. This caused me to evade because I did actually have a gun in my bike but Oscar had no way of knowing this. He can be suspicious of it of course, but to just say 'you have a gun' doesn't really make sense. Don't use a dead player's drag. Don't use a drag full stop. Don't tase me when they are on a bike.

8. What are you hoping to accomplish by sending this feedback to us?
I would want to have positive RP with officers, instead of just play to win. I can kind of see why I was pulled over initially, but when I try to speak to Oscar, he just shut down any sort of conversation and just said 'I know you have a gun, if you drive off I will tase you'

  Hi,
  
  I would firstly like to recognise the importance of submitting these feedback forms, as they serve as a valuable tool for supervisors and higher authorities to understand how the community perceives the Sheriff's Department.
  
  I will respond to your statements and provide you with the full details of what actually occurred.
  
  As you mentioned, a shootout took place. I was invited, along with the Detective Bureau, to intervene, assist in concluding the shootout, gather evidence, and so on. I am unsure if you are aware, but on the road above, several vehicles linked to the shooting were present. I went to the Hakuchou Drag and took control of it, intending to drive it to the impound. This plan was interrupted when I encountered you on a black Shinobi, speaking with a Detective over a pile of bodies. As I arrived, you muttered something under your breath that I could hardly understand. It was only when you quickly disappeared on your Shinobi that I realised something was amiss.
  
  The Detective, whose name I shall not disclose, told me that you had a firearm while we were speaking on the main road. I then told you to stop evading and to pull over, multiple times, and warned that I would use a taser. At no point was your hand compelled to do anything. Everything you do is at your own discretion. You cannot control what happens, only how you respond. Your response was to evade, which carries several risks. I kept using the Hakuchou Drag until sufficient units and the appropriate vehicle to chase you arrived. This was not the case, as the unit arrived once YOU drove in the incorrect lane, hitting a vehicle that was in the correct lane. I was stationary, you were stationary, and I tased you.
  
  The Los Santos County Sheriff's Department has adhered to this rule since 2022, which I have attached below for your reference. It is very simple but clearly conveys the point.
  

  To put it very simple:

  • Are you in a moving vehicle? Do not taze.
  • Is the player in or on a moving vehicle? Do not taze.

  Is the player stationary in/on a vehicle? You can taze.

  • Are you in a stationary vehicle and the player is either outside or in/on a stationary vehicle? You can taze.
