- SIB Raid on Milestone Rogues Operation in Richards Majestic Nets $750,000 in Contraband
Blaine County: The Los Santos Sheriff's Department's Investigation Bureau (SIB) has dealt a significant blow to the "Milestone Rogues" criminal organization after a raid on an apartment in the Richards Majestic complex. The operation uncovered a sophisticated drug and firearms trafficking hub, leading to the seizure of illegal goods with an estimated value of $750,000.
The investigation, led by the Gangs & Narcotics Division, identified a key member of the Milestone Rogues operating out of the residential high-rise. After surveillance confirmed the location was being used to store illicit materials, SIB secured and executed a search warrant.
The raid yielded a substantial arsenal of firearms, including various classes of pistols and automatic weapons, along with numerous illegal modifications and hundreds of rounds of ammunition. Additionally, deputies confiscated large quantities of narcotics, including cocaine, crack, and methamphetamine. A significant amount of precursor chemicals and equipment used for manufacturing controlled substances was also found, indicating a large-scale production capability.Lead Investigator on the operation wrote:"For several weeks, the Milestone Rogues criminal organization operated largely under the radar of our Gangs and Narcotics Division. However, thanks to recent joint operations with the Los Santos Police Department, several illegal shipments were intercepted, raising red flags that prompted a closer look into their affiliates. A significant amount of time, patience, and effort was invested to secure a search warrant for the property, and the results of the raid demonstrate that our efforts were justified. The Milestone Rogues have suffered a substantial financial blow, and this is only the beginning of our efforts to dismantle their operations. I would like to extend my gratitude to all personnel who were instrumental in obtaining the search warrant for this successful operation."
The primary suspect connected to the operation was not present at the time of the raid but was located and arrested the following day after attempting to evade deputies. They face a multitude of felony charges including narcotics and firearms trafficking, manufacturing a controlled substance, and evading an officer.
The investigation into the Milestone Rogues' criminal enterprise is ongoing.
