SAN ANDREAS PENAL CODE AMENDMENTS
All changes stated within this document are effective on 16th of June, 2025.
Penal Code Amendments
In total, the following changes have been made:

- GM27 - Incitement of Violence against a Peace Officer ((Pending Server Restart))
- GF26 - Organized Assault on Government or Law Enforcement Operations ((Pending Server Restart))
- GF27 - Incitement of Violence against a Peace Officer ((Pending Server Restart))
- Civilians’ Personal Information Protection Act (State of San Andreas Statutory Codes)
(This Act serves to protect the personal information of civilians by prohibiting the inclusion of private details such as phone numbers and home addresses in public documents, and for other purposes.)

- Fairness in Adjusting Suspension Times Act
-> Any driver or trucker license suspensions deriving from every 3rd demerit (typically, listed under vehicle citations) is changed from "1 day" to "6 hours".
