ISSUANCE OF VERDICT

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Terry Walkner
#24-CM-0085

A decision was reached in the above case on the 8th day of June, 2025.

Within this case, there is no argument over the that the defendant, Mr. Terry Walkner, pursued a elegy retro custom that was fleeing the Weazel news parking lot, with the passenger climbing the fence. Mr. Terry Walkner then followed them, ran into the driver upon the driver dismounting the elegy and fled the scene.

On the defense's motion to impeach Mr. Wolff's statement, after hearing in trial arguments, the court finds that Mr. Wolff's to have a motive to lie given his publicly available life invader posts, and a willingness to do so given the charge in 2022. The court would like to note that a three year old charge alone is not enough to impeach a witness, but it simply adds color to the inflammatory public social media posts. As such the defense's motion will be granted.

The defense was unable prove beyond reasonable doubt who the individuals fleeing in the elegy were, nor the threat they allegedly posed to the defendant, Mr. Terry Walkner. The defendant left the scene of the original crime, namely trespassing of the weazel news parking lot while masked, and escalated this situation further by following the elegy in his own work vehicle. A vehicle is explicitly called out in WF01 by the penal code, and the court finds Mr. Walkner indeed used his vehicle as a deadly weapon, running over the masked driver of the elegy retro custom.

With regards to GM09 - Vigilantism, the court finds that by pursuing the vehicle and disregarding traffic laws instead of staying at the original scene of the crime, Mr. Terry Walkner does meet the threshold of
State Government wrote: A non law enforcement official attempting of fulfilling the enforcement of laws.
Mr. Terry Walkner had neither the training nor the specialized equipment to safely pursue the vehicle at the speeds the dash-camera provides.

With regards to the evidence the defense has provided to attempt to prove a state of mind, the court finds there was not enough to meet any threshold to frame the defendant's action as self defense.

It is with the above considerations that I issue the following verdict:
  • On the count of WF01 - Assault with a Deadly Weapon, I find the defendant, Terry Walkner, guilty.
  • On the count of GM09 - Vigilantism, I find the defendant, Terry Walkner, guilty.

As always with any guilty verdict, the Judicial Branch reserves the right to seek court fees for time, effort, and resources expended on any case. The court will be assessing the defendant a fee of $20,000 for the time, efforts and resources brought by all parties.
