Provide details of the incident leading up to the arrest
      • In the early morning hours of January 25th, a unit made a call about an active store robbery so Sergeant clay Thompson and myself responded to the robbery and on our way there we ran into someone on a purple motorcycle evading from us at a high rate of speed heading towards the city, he tried to lose us by driving into a parking ramp but he ran into a wall stalling out his vehicle. We took him into custody there and then Sergeant Hans waltz related information about Jason marks being the “Gun man” for the robberies.

He was wearing the same clothes as seen in the bolos and was in possession of a snowman mask at the time of arrest.

GF16: This was applied for him ditching the firearm between the time he robbed that last store and the time we arrested him. SGT waltz told me to place these charges.
WM02: He was seen with a handgun in the the attached photo
VM01: He fled from us when we tried to initiate traffic,
GM03: based off the CCTV footage that Sergeant waltz acquired, he matched the description of store robbery suspect.

I applied the charges that I was instructed to apply and he was transported to the Department of Corrections without further incident

    Witness Statement
    • On that night we received a backup from a unit who caught individuals in the act of robbing on a store. Most had fled but they had atleast one at gunpoint. A call out of the fleeing vehicles was given. My unit responded and arrived on scene to find a Shinobi, one of the vehicles called out was off-road back onto the road. I attempted to stop them, this is when they began to evade from my lights and sirens.

They evaded for only a few minutes until stalling the bike and trying to flee on foot. We quickly caught them, got them in cuffs and read them their rights. During our investigation we saw through CCTV that Jason, who was matching the exact description of the man who was holding the gun to the Clerk. We spent some time trying to locate the gun they stashed unfortunately to no luck.

      Date of Birth: [24/JUN/1997]
      Phone Number: [277-7478]
      Occupation: [Sergeant within LSSD]
    Witness Statement
    • [On the day in question, we responded to multiple store robberies across the area. When we arrived at the robbery in Chumash, we were informed that one suspect had been detained while the others had fled.

After that, Sergeant Clay Thompson and Deputy Marks, who were in the city, observed an individual matching the description of one of the suspects. They saw the suspect just minutes after the robbery. In order to know whether the suspect was involved or not, I proceeded to review the CCTV footage from the store. The footage showed the same individual inside the store, visibly armed with a firearm.

To confirm if they were chasing the same suspect, I asked Sergeant Thompson and Deputy Marks to confirm the suspect’s clothing, and they did. Based on everything they provided, everything matched what was seen in the CCTV footage. Given that the suspect was seen after a few minutes of the store robbery and was seen having a firearm, I assessed that he would have had only a minute or two to dispose of the weapon before continuing to evade from Sergeant Thompson and Deputy Marks. As well, the suspect was aware that one of his friends was caught so it was reasonable to conclude that he may have ditched the firearm near the area to avoid being caught in possession of the firearm that was used in the crime.

For these reasons, I told Deputy Marks to apply the GF16.]

COURT DECISION

IN THE SUPERIOR COURT OF SAN ANDREAS

State of San Andreas v. Jason Marks

A decision was reached in the above case on the 11th day of July, 2025.

Due to a lack of response from the defendant in the above case, the case will now be accepting the plea of guilty from the defendant. The defendant was given ample time to interact with the courts and file availability. If any of the dates and times did not align with the schedule of the defendant, they were able to contact the courts stating the like. As little to no contact has been made with the courts in the past 3-4 weeks, this case will now be archived and the charges will remain on the record of the defendant.
