The San Andreas Judicial Branch would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who took part in our recent Open Court session.
We extend special recognition to the always reliable Correctional Services Division within the Department of Corrections for your protection and availability. Your presence ensured a secure and respectful environment.
We also want to extend our heartfelt appreciation to the Government Security Bureau.
Your cooperation and professionalism were crucial to the success of this event, and we couldn’t have done it without you.
Participants were able to engage in the process without needing to post anything on the Government website. We are pleased to report that the day went off without a hitch.
Due to the strong turnout and positive feedback, we are pleased to announce plans for additional Open Court sessions in the near future, potentially on a monthly basis. Please stay tuned for future announcements.
These sessions are intended explicitly for active bench trials where the prosecution has already submitted a motion for discovery. If this applies to you, Open Court is a valuable opportunity to appear, whether representing yourself or working alongside a public defender (if one is available).
We will continue to share updates and schedules through our official channels.
Our commitment remains: to make our courtrooms more accessible, transparent, and fair for all.
