  • The San Andreas State Government is pleased to announce the official re-launch of our Business Registration and Licensing Desks. Since the turn of the new year, City Hall's key focus has been to streamline and simplify the process of Registering a business, as well as introducing a completely new Licensing Structure.

What does this mean for you?

Going forward, all businesses will be required to register under the new system. Businesses will now be able to apply as either a Stand-alone, Subsidiary or Parent company, each with their own inherent benefits. There will be a grace period of 2 weeks from the time of this press release to have a Registration application submitted.

In addition, all Businesses which are operating must now obtain a valid registration along with any valid licenses required as outlined in the documentation below. Failure to do so can have severe consequences and repercussions towards businesses and business owners. There will be a grace period of 1 month from the time of this press release to have a Licensing application submitted IF you are operating.

Our updated Business Registration Information can be found HERE
Our updated Business Licensing Process Guide can be found HERE
Our updated Business Licensing List can be found HERE

If you have owned an operating/registered business up until this point, you will not be charged any fee for licenses before this point. However moving forward you will need to obtain and pay for a valid license as well as pay to re-register your business under the new format.

ATTENTION: Owners of any General Store, Gun Store, Fuel Station, Loan Company or Car Dealerships

If you are the owner of any of the above listed businesses, in addition to fines for operating without a license, if you operate without a license for 3 months, we will seize your property. Please be sure to hold a valid license for your business to avoid severe consequences and repercussions.
