San Andreas State Government
Press Release #1
Los Santos City Hall has finally been opened and will now be the headquarters of the San Andreas State Government offices. The Government has opened the Business Licensing Desk for the public where the owner of properties in San Andreas may register their business and license them.
The Business Licensing Bureau will process applications that will log business owner's contact information and a list of employees for a fee to officially recognize said business as one that plan to produce income and/or sell any goods and/or services within. Licensing a business after registration allows the business to open and sell a specified type of product or service. There are currently Liquor, Entertainment, Adult Entertainment, and Food & Drink licenses a business can apply for. Special licenses can be requested but must be specified in the application.
If you are interested in registering and licensing your business, please visit our Business Licensing Desk.
Our internal Business Licensing Bureau is hiring citizens for the position of internship. They will handle the processing of registration and licensing applications before an Official can approve it as well as keeping up-to-date information of businesses they come across. After completing internship the opportunity to expand into other fields or become a Licensing Official is offered. An Official can inspect businesses and have the ability to grant and revoke licenses and registration.
If you are interested in applying for an intership for the Business Licensing Bureau, please visit our Career section.
Fine payments and legal name change processing will be moved to City Hall from the Los Santos Police Department's head quarters. The Mayor's Office will open and mayoral candidate elections will proceed. SASG opens their Internal Revenue Service (IRS) Bureau to view and manage taxes of businesses as well as people, with the ability to view their legal money transactions. The Government will rent out businesses for a weekly fee to those who can't afford to buy one. Department of Justice opening with a court system, and the managing of the Penal Code of San Andreas. Public Defenders will be hired later though we are currently seeking individuals who are interested in becoming a judge (good knowledge of American Law required - contact Board of Commissioners).
