    Monday:

Officer-Involved Shooting - Dutch London St.
At around 1130, members of the Detective Bureau were conducting an investigation at Dutch London St. A traffic stop ensued on a Massacro sports car believed to be armed and dangerous. During the stop, a Bifta was continuously circling the area and was raising alarm. An undercover unit was following the vehicle when the second suspect in the Bifta stepped out and attempted to initiate an armed robbery on the undercover officers. Not long after, the unit received fire from the suspect leading to a major response from numerous units. The officers exchanged fire with the suspect leading to them evading in the same vehicle. Lethal force was later used to disable the vehicle and after a brief foot pursuit, the suspect was neutralized using a non-lethal stun weapon. They were placed in handcuffs and was later arrested for the attempt on the two officer's life. The officers involved were given medical treatment and are recovering well from the injuries.

    Tuesday:

Bait Car Operation - Red Desert Avenue
From 1230 to 1400 a sting operation was run by members of the Vinewood Traffic Division and the Detective Bureau in the vicinity of Red Desert Avenue. A bait car was used for the operation with an aim to suppress and apprehend the people behind the rising number of automobile thefts in the area of the Del Perro Pier, Vespucci, and Bay City Avenue. The operation is considered a great success as four individuals were apprehended in a time span of lesser than 2 hours. All four suspects that were apprehended gave chase, either by foot or by a vehicle before ultimately being caught and prosecuted.

No damage occurred to public property and no injuries were recorded during the entire operation. The operation was conducted in the public with the utmost planning that included safety measures, preemptive pursuit strategies, and apprehension techniques. This is not the first time the Detective Bureau along with their respective divisions has closely worked with the Vinewood Traffic Division to conduct vehicle-related operations.

    Reckless Driving - Nikola Avenue
At around 2045, a pursuit was initiated on a black Neon for reckless driving after it was seen speeding atop a hill and crashing multiple lamp posts, failing to pull over as sirens were used. The vehicle eventually pulled over near DCC and a felony stop was initiated, the passenger stepping out mid-instructions and being detained by one of the officers. The driver then evaded from the felony stop as instructions were being given, evading around the Mirror Park area. Air support and HSIU were deployed and we were able to stay with the suspect vehicle on the road, the suspect crashing the vehicle shortly after. They were put under gunpoint and arrested, officers finding illegal firearms on the suspect which were deemed as trafficking since they claimed to be selling the car they were moving the weapons in. The passenger that had stepped out was also arrested for illegal possession.

    Wednesday:

    Vehicular Manslaughter - Little Seoul
At 1930, Traffic Officers conducting a speed checkpoint registered a grey Specter Custom driving at over 200 kilometers per hour on surface streets. Units caught up to the vehicle as it further up the road and around a corner. Due to the excessive speeds, the officer proceeded to place the suspect under arrest and request they step out of the vehicle. The vehicle evaded and a pursuit was initiated. Following a stint on the highway, the suspect headed back onto surface streets. In an attempt to lose pursuing units, the sports car took a quick series of turns, doubling back on the pursuit line. Driving on the wrong side of the road around a corner, the suspect collided head-on with a unit at the tail end of the pursuit line which was driving in the right-most lane.

The collision resulted in both the driver and the passenger of the fleeing vehicle being thrown out of the windshield. The officer was restrained in the car but was hurt. Medical treatment was attempted on both the driver and passenger. Unfortunately, the passenger succumbed to the injuries sustained in the crash, while the driver and the officer both made recoveries in the hospital. The driver, having caused the death of his passenger due to his criminally reckless driving, was charged with Vehicular Manslaughter among other felonies and is spending an extended time at the Department of Corrections.

    Thursday:

Explosion Occurred Mid-Pursuit - Senora Freeway
At around 2230, a shootout was reported after an illegal weapon transaction was thwarted. The suspects from the shootout began evading from law enforcement units arriving on the scene heading north on Great Ocean Highway. The vehicle was done a high-speed pursuit leading north until they reached the Sandy Shores area. The vehicle was attempted to be stopped using a box technique but it was unsuccessful. The vehicle began to open fire on the pursuing units, leading to fire being returned and the vehicle losing a tire. Despite that, the vehicle was persistent in evading capture and evaded towards Palomino Freeway and afterward Senora Freeway. Upon reaching Senora Freeway, the vehicle spontaneously combusted, injuring the occupants of it.

The injured individuals were treated on the scene. A large portion of the Senora Freeway was blocked off for the safety of other motorists, with members of the Vinewood Traffic Division assisting greatly in redirecting traffic using flares, barriers, and arrow markers. The suspects themselves were critically injured but were able to be rushed to Sandy Shores Medical Center by medical staff, leading to them being in stable condition. They were later arrested and charged for the crimes they have committed, before being transported to Bolingbroke Penitentiary.

    Friday:

    Gang Shootout - Cypress Flats
At around 1500, a patrol officer overheard multiple shots being fired at the area. They immediately called it in and began to investigate, with several other units responding. They identified an altercation between two criminal organizations that lead to a large-scale shootout. Units from both the Metropolitan Division as well as the Gang Field Unit mobilized to neutralize any remaining threat. Most of the suspects on the scene were already injured due to gunshot wounds. Several other suspects began to run on foot attempting to evade capture. An officer was being shot at during one of the foot pursuits leading to the suspect being neutralized by lethal force.

Once the scene was secured, Los Santos Emergency Medical Services were called to provide medical attention. Two MEDEVAC air units were deployed to rapidly transport the suspects and maximize their chances of survival. An airship from the Los Santos Police Department Air Support Division also acted as medical transport and assisted the excess of suspects. Nearly all suspects were arrested, given medical attention, and brought in custody. While a handful managed to evade either on foot or using a vehicle and they are actively being looked for. No officers were seriously injured and those who sustained fire were given medical attention on scene and are recovering.

At around 1452, an observant civilian made a 911 call towards the emergency dispatch after hearing an explosion from the most southern apartment complex on Alta Street. Units of the Los Santos Police Department reacted quickly and adequately to the emergency call and arrived no less than inside thirty seconds later after being informed of the incident by dispatch. Upon inspecting the concerned apartment, the units caught the eye of a suspect attempting to flee from his apartment. The units of the Los Santos Police Department reacted quickly to this and were able to apprehend the suspect and arrest him.

With the assistance of the Firefighters Department of the Los Santos Emergency Medical Services, the police units were able to enter the apartment complex shortly afterward and cleared the apartment out, which looked to have been utilized for drug manufacturing purposes. The suspect was charged and processed before being brought to Bolingbroke Penitentiary to serve a lengthy sentence.

    Sunday:

Failed Bank Robbery- Rockford Hills Bank
Around the late afternoon, officers noticed several individuals raising suspicion at nearby banks, specifically the Rockford Hills Fleeca Bank. A detective unit arrived to investigate and they confirmed the suspicious behavior. Further surveillance was done with units stationed nearby the bank anticipating a robbery. The suspects parked their motorcycles behind the bank where they then proceeded to rush the entrance. The units immediately moved in and blocked the suspect's escape route. Seeing as they were cornered, their last-minute plan was to start opening fire on the responding officers. Despite being outnumbered, the majority of suspects managed to escape, while 4 were taken into custody and arrested.
