    Monday:

Operating a Chop Shop - Capital Boulevard
At around 1500, the Downtown Cab Company reported one of their work vehicles as stolen and issued a list of potential suspects. During the investigation of the occurrence the vehicle was tracked down to La Mesa, Capital Boulevard - a secluded location where people strip stolen vehicles of parts and sell them for profit. Patrol units coordinated response to the 'chop shop' as the suspect fled the compound with the stolen vehicle. The vehicle in mind, a yellow XLS was operated by a known felon from the Downtown Cab Company's blacklist. The driver took off, managing to evade law enforcement for a mere three blocks before being brought to a stop on Davis Avenue. The vehicle was recovered safely and the suspect sustained no injuries. Several other charges were pressed by Downtown Cab Company workers. Two other individuals were arrested in association to the main suspect for assisting them to locate the chop shop and operate it.

    Drive-by Shooting - Occupation Avenue
Following a traffic stop at around 2000, a patrol unit was shot at from a sports vehicle going at a high rate of speed. The drive-by shooter managed to hit the officer operating the vehicle. Several units that were in the area arrived in a moment's notice and established visual contact with the vehicle, actively pursuing it through city limits. Due to the nature of the vehicle and the performance output, a High Speed Interception Unit was deployed to maintain visual. Two suspects were apprehended after the pursuit ended in Jamestown after the suspect driving the vehicle crashed severely injuring themselves. The main suspect, the shooter, ran on foot in an attempt to evade law enforcement but to no success - they were apprehended a block down from the crash scene. Both suspects face several felony charges as well as criminal modifiers for aggravated attempted murder. The injured suspect has already made a recovery and all damages to public property have been restored.

    Tuesday:

Obstruction of Justice - Milton Road
During an arrest at around 1530, an individual interfered with an active investigation pertaining to the aforementioned arrest. Officers pursued and apprehended the individual. In an attempt to help the arrested suspect, the individual approached the scene of the arrest several times attempting to pick the arrested suspect up, after being instructed to leave. The individual was visibly armed and brandished their firearm, actively trying to coerce law enforcement by force. The individual was pursued to La Mesa before coming to a complete stop and engaging law enforcement officers with a pistol, severely injuring an officer in the line of duty. The individual barricaded himself in a building awaiting law enforcement officers to breach the building - trying to bring as many people down as he could. Officers on scene breached the building and shot the individual down after the suspect opened fire once again. The officer was aided and taken to a safe location for further treatment, and has made a recovery as the attempted murder suspect recovers in Bolingbroke with several felony charges.

    Wednesday:

Traffic Checkpoint - Los Santos Freeway
A traffic checkpoint was conducted by members of the Vinewood Traffic Division at around 2030 on Los Santos Freeway. The checkpoints of this nature aim to suppress DUI/DWI, recover stolen vehicles as well as inspect vehicles for roadworthiness. The checkpoint was placed on the rightmost side of the freeway, south to north - allowing Traffic Officers to check drivers going from the city into the county. Speed radars were set 100 meters south from the checkpoint to document any illegal speeds. A total of four individuals were caught speeding and were issued a citation upon arriving to the checkpoint. One arrest was made in connection to an outstanding warrant for Grand Theft Auto. The operation lasted around 2 hours and only one driver had their license suspended and vehicle towed for reckless operation.

    Friday:

    False Impersonation - Mission Row
After receiving numerous calls regarding civilians impersonating law enforcement officials, several units were dispatched back to Mission Row to evaluate the nuisance at around 2100 this Friday. Units arrived on scene and noticed individuals dressed impersonating Los Santos Police Department officials, who promptly drove off after being consulted by officers on the scene, evading their presence. A pursuit was initiated on a white sedan and was chased throughout the city. The coordinated response of general patrol units stopped the feeling car near the Land Act Dam, apprehending 3 suspects all posing as law enforcement officers. They were charged and processed for several felony charges.

    Saturday:

Misuse of Government Hotlines - Tangerine Street
At around 1530, a false call was made regarding a possible bomb threat and a kidnapping that allegedly took place on the grounds of the Downtown Cab Company. Units that responded to the nuisance were greeted by employees at the front gate and were as concerned as the officers that arrived. Shortly after making contact with the employees it was established that it was in fact a prank call aimed to disrupt a meeting held by DCC executives. Both the inside and outside of the building were cleared by Los Santos Police Department officers to ensure no threats were valid. Promptly after the situation was concluded, the individual that made the call was located and arrested for the fake call. As the Los Santos City Hall and its board of commissioners improve the penal code, the Los Santos Police Department strictly enforces the misuse of government emergency hotlines.
