Failure to Comply - Rockford Precinct
At 2050, off duty LSPD officers were meeting up at Rockford Precinct before traveling to the Halloween party hosted by the Tavern. As more officers arrived to Rockford, a few members of the public thought it would be funny to show up and disturb the officers. At first, the officers didn't pay much attention until one man dressed in purple decided to provoke a high ranking officer during her duties. Another officer informed the man to leave, but the man refused to leave after many peaceful warnings. An officer got the man in a car and dropped him off a couple blocks away, but the man returned to the precinct. As a result, three officers placed the man at taser point, informing him that he will get arrested for failing to comply, unlawful assembly, harassment, and disturbing the peace if doesn't leave. The man finally got the message and left the officers alone at Rockford to enjoy their Halloween in peace.

    Saturday:

    Bank Robbery - Chumash
At around 2000, the Los Santos Police Department received an SOS distress message from the Fleeca Bank branch at Great Ocean Highway, Chumash, as the vault was breached. As units arrived on scene, several individuals using black suits was spotted inside the bank stating that they have a hostage. They demand for a hostage negotiator, and one as one is being prepared, the rest of the LSPD as well as the LSSD make a perimeter around the Bank, blocking off half of the highway. As the hostage negotiator from Special Weapons and Tactics as well as Special Enforcement Division arrive, the Bank robbers were given a radio frequency to communicate on. They demanded that their vehicles be moved in front of the Bank, which was granted. The individuals then demanded that 3 of the robbers leave on motorcycles, with the hostage walking outside with them. As the motorcycles flee the scene, High-Speed Motorcycle Units as well as Air Support Division Airships were already following them, ensuring they do not escape. Once the hostage was secured and the remaining Bank robbers attempted to flee, they were halted by a hail of gunfire. The robbers were apprehended and provided medical attention, however, it was later found that the “hostage” was in-fact part of the robbery the entire time, and was the drill-man for the vault. As such, they were also apprehended and charged appropriately.

    Sunday:

Traffic Stop Shooting - Great Ocean Highway
During a quiet uneventful evening, the silence was broken after one of the Los Santos Police Department’s officers issued a distress message using their panic button, informing that there was shots fired. What started as a regular traffic stop, a vehicle was originally pulled over for speeding. Things started to go south when the officer conducting the traffic stop noticed that the driver was wanted. Before being able to call for backup, the driver, as well as several other accomplices, step out their vehicles and draw firearms at the officer. Equipped with the department standard issued Remington 870P, the officer was able to incapacitate two perpetrators, before being injured himself. The last suspect unfortunately escaped the scene before any responding units were able to arrive. However, two suspects were able to be resuscitated and apprehended. Very unfortunately, the brave police officer in the initial traffic stop has succumbed to their injuries, and was laid to rest. We wish their families and loved ones our deepest condolences.
