    Monday:

    Narcotics Manufacturing - Integrity Way
At around midday, the Los Santos Emergency Services received a 911 call from a passerby who reported an explosion as well as smoke originating from the Integrity Way apartment complex. The brave men and women at the Fire Department of Los Santos quickly responded to the location, before contacting the Los Santos Police Department for assistance. When units arrived on scene the Fire Department briefed the responders regarding the situation, it was suspected that the explosion originated from a botched attempt at manufacturing narcotics. With Police units alongside the firefighters, the apartment in which the fire originated from was rammed and entered by force. Coming outside as the units attempted to enter was a masked individual followed with plenty of fumes and smoke. They were arrested and the apartment inspected further. It was found the apartment was transformed into a narcotics manufacturing operation, utilizing industrial ventilators to hide any suspicious fumes from other residents. Not only was his actions illegal, it was extremely dangerous for himself and the other residents of the complex. The operation was dismantled, the restricted substances confiscated and the person convicted. We encourage everyone to report suspicious activity within their residential complex to the Police in order to keep both themselves and their homes safe.

    Tuesday:

    Bank Robbery - Hawick Avenue
At around 0800, an emergency SOS signal was received by the Los Santos Police Department from the Fleeca Bank at Hawick Avenue and Meteor Street. Units directed at the bank immediately, utilizing the cruiser to somewhat halt any individuals from leaving the establishment. It was not long before shots were heard from within the Bank. The suspects on scene were equipped with illegal armament, consisting of but not limited to modified unknown-model Assault Rifles, capable of firing at an automatic rate, as well as compact fully-automatic submachine guns. This Bank was currently under siege by the members of 3 notorious gangs in Los Santos, being the “Los Aztecas,” the “La Familia Michoacana,” and lastly the “Gangster’s Disciples.” Units originally arriving on scene sustained heavy fire, before additional units arrived to return fire utilizing the LSPD’s advanced armory capable of handling situations such as these. Several of the perpetrators were injured and detained. However, a vast majority managed to escape utilizing Shitzu Hakuchou super-motorcycles. One suspect was successfully resuscitated and brought to justice while the remaining injured suspects have sadly succumbed to their injuries prior to the Los Santos Emergency Medical Services’ arrival. Very unfortunately, a Police Officer had passed away on the scene as a result of the heavy fire received, while the remaining injured officers have been medically treated and are recovering. It is important to recognize suspicious activity when driving past areas such as these. If you notice an alarming amount of gang vehicles surrounding a Bank or even any other kind of establishment, it is important to go to a safe location and dial 911. Our deepest condolences go to the family of the tragically passed officer.

    Wednesday:

    Kidnapping - Maze Bank Arena
At around 0800 an off-duty Sergeant of the Los Santos Police Department received a threat from a passerby. He was demanded a ransom of $50,000 while screams of help can be heard from the rear of the vehicle. The Sergeant passed on the information to the METRO Division of the LSPD and the SWAT team was deployed. With the help of the Investigations Bureau, the individual was attempted to be traced and found to be at the hillside University on the west of Los Santos. However, by the time SWAT had arrived, the suspects and the hostage had unfortunately fled.
After a follow-up phone call was made by the perpetrators, an exchange at the Los Santos International Airport was arranged. Upon arrival, the location was suddenly changed using a second anonymous phone call. Making contact at the Maze Bank Arena, the ransom was demanded from the LSPD. Before having the chance for an exchange, the perpetrators escaped using a Novak alongside the hostage, and a high speed pursuit was engaged. With the full force of the LSPD, including members from the SWAT Division and Air Support Division, the perpetrator was able to be neutralized during their attempted switch of vehicles into a Shitzu Hakuchou superbike. Securing the hostage, they were secured and provided medical attention by the LSEMS, while the perpetrator was arrested and brought to justice.

    Thursday:

    Armed Robbery - Sandy Shores
At around 1300, the Los Santos Police Department received a distress message originating from a roadside convenience store located at Route 68. While out of the Los Santos Police Departments jurisdiction, a lack of available Los Santos County Sheriff's Department units prompted a response from our own units. Upon arrival, the cash register located within the store was robbed of its contents, and no suspects are in sight. Thankfully, the store clerk was unharmed and damage to the property was minimal. Increasing patrol around the area, especially for any more stores, it didn't take long for another distress message to be received. This time the location was at Sandy Shores, inside a convenience store east of the Medical Center. Upon arrival, the units first to arrive noticed a white Pfister Comet outside of the store, an individual laying on the ground with someone standing on top of them. As soon as they saw the units, the individual entered the passenger seat of the vehicle and fled. Currently being the only unit on scene, the responding unit prioritized to make sure the injured individual was successfully given medical attention than to pursue the vehicle. It was found later on that the injured individual was attempting to halt an ongoing armed robbery at the store. The brave individual attempted to fend the robbers off, but he was outmatched and received a gunshot wound. Thankfully, the individual was successfully transported to a Medical Center after being given Basic Life Support by the trained officers on scene. While we praise their actions as brave and heroic, it is important to prioritize your safety before attempting to halt a crime in progress. Remember to reach a safe location and dial 911 and only attempt to intervene if you believe you will stop yourself/anyone else from receiving bodily injuries.

    Felony Evasion - Downtown Vinewood
Late thursday night, a pursuit was initiated on a white motorcycle after failing to yield to traffic officers after breaking multiple road laws, evading purposefully. The pursuit was initiated around the Downtown Vinewood area and moved all the way to the county as additional units as well as aerial support was resolving the disturbance. A very careless driver was a hazard to the general public, driving over walkways, offroading carelessly, and even managing to cause vehicle crashes while evading. The suspect is known for such behavior and the situation was approached with caution. After an exhausting chase, spanning through the city all the way up to the county and then back to city limits the driver collided with a barrier and landed in the sewage system around Davis, eventually falling to his demise by driving through deep waters.

Visual contact was kept at all times thanks to the superb work done by the Air Support Division pilots and collective effort of general patrol units, the suspect was apprehended with minor injuries to their arm and right tibia. An uprise of evading motorbikes is evident and arrests for such offenses are linear.

    Friday:

    Attempted Murder - Little Seoul
At around midnight a unit was patrolling Little Seoul when a speeding car followed by 2 motorbikes as well as a supercar came past the unit. The speeding car pulled over near the police unit and immediately started yelling for help. Additional units was called in and all the vehicles ordered to pull over. Without any warning, all of the sudden one of the individuals riding the motorbike stepped off and shot the driver of the vehicle. Once the police unit stepped out their vehicle to fire back, the motorbikes as well as the sports car fled the scene. The unit immediately came to the aid of the shot down individual, dragging them towards cover behind the building and providing cover fire against any perpetrators who attempted to return and shoot once more. With more units securing the scene in a matter of seconds after the initial shots fired, the injured victim was applied Basic Life Support utilizing the LSPD first aid kit provided in every cruiser.
The victim was successfully resuscitated with the assistance of the Los Santos Emergency Medical Services who provided a quick response and is recovering. A BOLO was made for the vehicles involved and around 2 hours after the initial incident the motorbike was spotted at Los Santos Customs. They were initiated a pursuit on and with the utilization of the Los Santos Police Department’s own Shitzu Hakuchou High-Speed Motorcycle Unit, they were apprehended and arrested for their actions.

    Saturday:

    Grand Theft Auto - Vinewood
At 1700 a Traffic Officer noticed a speeding pick-up truck going past them. They were pulled over and the observant officer noticed that the vehicle matched a description for an active BOLO of a stolen pick-up truck. Realizing this, the officer immediately called for additional units to assist in the traffic stop. Once the backup has arrived, the traffic stop continued and the officer managed to ID the driver. Noticing that they are not the registered owner of the vehicle, they were asked to step out. At this point, the driver makes the foolish decision of attempting to flee. They were initiated a pursuit on leading all the way up north to Paleto Bay before they were cornered. Refusing to step out, they attempted to run officers over to continue evading, and firearms were discharged in retaliation. One of the individuals evading in the vehicle were shot and fell out of the vehicle, in which they were provided medical attention and later arrested. While the still evading pick-up truck, containing the driver as well as a single passenger, returned south on the highway, before they crashed into blockades setup by a unit ahead of the pursuit made possible using good communication and teamwork. All of the occupants were caught as well as provided medical attention, before being arrested and charged for their actions.

    Sunday:

The passenger was trying to conceal a plate carrier - commonly referred to as body armor - under their jacket while being spoken to by one of the officers. With the recent passing of WM04 which states;

City of Los Santos Penal Code wrote: Possessing illegal body armor not purchased or obtained through legal traders. Armor being kevlar, plates, steel, or even make-shift items intended to slow down or stop knives or bullets.

they were found guilty and charged accordingly. Additional searches were conducted, GOB just reached the tip of the iceberg, after searching the vehicle and the remaining individuals in the vehicle numerous narcotics along with narcotic ingredients were found as well as a fully automatic Shrewsbury Assault Rifle, 7.62x39 with illegal weapon attachments and modifications. An investigator arrived at the scene and assisted the officers with the final verdict. Two individuals shared charges, several counts regarding unlicensed and illegal firearms, narcotic possession and manufacturing along with body armor possession.
