The Los Santos Police Department has undergone yet another renovation to meet our increased demand for more advanced training and development of our officers.
We had enough space to create an Auditorium capable of holding all our officers currently employed for meetings and awards, the room is fitted with a large display as well as a sound booth to run the audio system that has been installed within the room.
With the increased demand for our officers to become more proficient with their sidearms and gain additional training we commissioned the best builders to create a in house gun range. With safety as the highest concern a double concrete wall was used to surround the range on all 6 sides to prevent stray bullets escaping the safe area designated.
An evaluation platfrom was installed for instructors to oversee the officers practicing and being tested.
To better improve our facilities we spoke with instructors from our training department and commionsed the construction of a new training room, this room is outfitted with a large screen for video demonstrations as well as work stations for each trainee, be them Applicants or Officers furthering themselves.
One of the important things we strive for at the Los Santos Police Department is having our officers not only work as a team but to become closer as a family, we had a break room constructed to better improve bonding and stress relief among our team.
With the increased crime in our city our investigation team need a more advanced laboratory to perform their investigations. It was developed with the plan for cleanliness and practicality in mind.
Upstairs houses a small waiting area along with a couple work stations for officers to do paperwork.
Finally the Board room, this is where both the Police Supervisors and Members of both Command teams sit down to discuss the department weekly. Reviewing Officers Performance, Department Policies, Crime Rates of the city.
The work was completed by BSB Construction and overseen by Commander Jay Bacon, Detective Xoza Shadow, Sergeant Dezzy Balla, others were involved with concepts and ideas for the each rooms requirements. Special thanks to Sergeant Victor Einhart, Sergeant Scott Dunbar, Sergeant Zoey Deul, as well as many others who assisted the construction crew with transportation and design.
