Each month, ONE officer is selected by Command to receive this most prestigious award. This award is an overall congratulation for universal commitment, achievement, and excellence throughout the department. An officer who achieves the 'Officer of the Month' award is an exemplary member of the department and someone who should be looked up to as an inspiration and role-model.
-This month, we would like to recognize the astonishing work effort, dedication, and passion that Police Officer Phillipe Sanchez has shown. In the month of February alone, Officer Sanchez has logged roughly 230 shift hours which is a great number for a single officer to achieve alone, and it clearly demonstrates his ambition and passion to his work at the Los Santos Police Department. Officer Sanchez also continues to show great effort and impeccable service in his divisional roles, and we would like to highlight his effort in the Recruitment and Employment Division where he's one of the few officers that are responsible for intake of new academy students and making sure that it's a smooth process.
Officer Sanchez currently serves as a Patrol Officer and Field Training Officer of the Vespucci Precinct, and his supervisors and colleagues of the Department are especially fond of Officer Sanchez's ability to adhere to department protocols and his impeccable conduct in the field.
We would also like to wish Officer Sanchez best of luck as he's currently trying to qualify for the Sergeant Training Program, if accepted, he will be training towards potentially becoming a supervisor of the Los Santos Police Department.
Officer Phillipe Sanchez graduated from the Los Santos Police Academy on November 11th, 2018 and he graduated from our Field Training Program on November 26th, 2018. Since then, Officer Sanchez has shown the ability to adapt and overcome, and he has through hard work, effort, and great ambition, raced through the ranks of the Los Santos Police Department. We wish Officer Sanchez nothing but the best moving forward and hope that he will continue demonstrating the same level of effort to the Department and his work.
Officer Phillipe Sanchez will be rewarded with a bonus payment of $1,000.00 (( $100,000.00 )).
