OFFICER OF THE MONTH, DECEMBER 2018

    -
Each month, ONE officer is selected by Command to receive this most prestigious award. This award is an overall congratulation for universal commitment, achievement, and excellence throughout the department. An officer who achieves the 'Officer of the Month' award is an exemplary member of the department and someone who should be looked up to as an inspiration and role-model.

This month, we would like to recognize the astonishing work effort, dedication, and passion that Police Officer Helene Charbonneau has shown. In the month of December alone, Officer Charbonneau has logged roughly 173 shift hours and submitted a whopping count of 99 optional reports into the database, whether that's duty reports, arrest reports, warrant submissions, or impound requests. Bottom line, it's an extraordinary number to achieve by a single officer in a single month.

In addition to Officer Charbonneau's effort and passion towards the field and paperwork, she has also greatly involved herself in our Field Training Program where she assists our Cadets by training, guiding and mentoring them. In the month of December, she has logged 13 Field Training Sessions and 9 Patrol Reports for Cadets, with her great effort she has shown herself to be passionate about training and compassionate towards our newer officers.

We would also like to recognize Officer Charbonneau's recent entry into the Investigations Bureau where she serves as a Police Investigator. We can only congratulate her and hope that she continues aiming high and that she shows as much passion towards her investigator duties as she does in other areas of the department.

Officer Helene Charbonneau graduated from the Los Santos Police Academy on September 3, 2018, and graduated from the Field Training Program on October 6, 2018. Through her effort and dedication, despite setbacks and bumps on the road, Officer Charbonneau raced through the ranks and is continuing to show great strive.

Officer Charbonneau will be rewarded with a bonus payment of $1,000.00 (( $100,000.00 )).
