OFFICER OF THE MONTH, MARCH 2019

    -
Each month, ONE officer is selected by Command to receive this most prestigious award. This award is an overall congratulation for universal commitment, achievement, and excellence throughout the department. An officer who achieves the 'Officer of the Month' award is an exemplary member of the department and someone who should be looked up to as an inspiration and role-model.

This month, we would like to recognize the astonishing work effort, dedication, and passion that Police Officer Jason Steel has shown. In the month of March, Officer Steel has logged roughly 150 shift hours which is an extraordinary number for one officer to achieve alone. Officer Steel has demonstrated extreme dedication in his role and continues to be one of the most valuable officers within the Vinewood Precinct. His continued efforts on the field have been acknowledged by supervisors and fellow officers alike. Officer Steel is an example of hard work and dedication to the cause, upholding the oath he swore with an unrivaled pride and sense of justice. His on-field performance is more than satisfactory and proves to be effective, resulting in numerous arrests of highly dangerous individuals. Although a crime fighter through and through, Officer Steel is very much in touch with the public and sensitively handles any and all inquiries he is met with. We would like to highlight Officer Steel's dedication to immaculate paperwork as well, with more than 23 pieces of paperwork filed throughout the month and his sense of duty when it comes to training the next generation of police officers, resulting in no less than 9 FTP Sessions.

Officer Jason Steel graduated from the Los Santos Police Academy on December 28th, 2018 and he graduated from our Field Training Program on January 14th, 2019. Since then, Officer Steel has shown the ability to adapt and overcome, and he has through hard work, effort, and great ambition, raced through the ranks of the Los Santos Police Department. We wish Officer Steel nothing but great success in the Los Santos Police Department and we wish that he achieves his goal of one day becoming a Detective.

Officer Jason Steel will be rewarded with a bonus payment of $1,000.00 (( $100,000.00 )).
