Each month, ONE officer is selected by Command to receive this most prestigious award. This award is an overall congratulation for universal commitment, achievement, and excellence throughout the department. An officer who achieves the 'Officer of the Month' award is an exemplary member of the department and someone who should be looked up to as an inspiration and role-model.
-This month, we would like to recognize the astonishing work effort, dedication, and passion that Police Officer Lukas Montana has shown. In the month of January alone, Officer Montana has logged 214 shift hours, an extraordinary number for one officer to achieve alone. Officer Montana has also shown good effort in his duties as a Field Training Officer, acting as an exemplary role model to our newer officers in the Department.
In addition to Officer Montana's effort with paperwork, he has demonstrated exemplary conduct in the field, demonstrating the ability to adapt to situations and demonstrating great knowledge of the law and procedures. Officer Montana has proven himself to be a reliable officer and partner in the field and proven himself to be an asset to the community.
We would also like to wish Officer Montana best of luck as he's currently trying to qualify for the Sergeant Training Program, if accepted, he will be training towards potentially becoming a supervisor of the Los Santos Police Department.
Officer Lukas Montana graduated from the Los Santos Police Academy on October 6th, 2018 and he graduated from our Field Training Program on November 1st, 2018. He has since then, through hard work, dedication and passion, raced through the ranks of the Department. We cannot stress our gratitude enough, we are happy to have Officer Montana as an employee of our Department and we wish him nothing but the best moving forward.
Officer Lukas Montana will be rewarded with a bonus payment of $1,000.00 (( $100,000.00 )).
